Laurel Sagen
Hi, my name is Laurel Sagen and I am a licensed contractor here in Sacramento. I have been buying houses and helping people since 1999. My father was in the Air Force and retired here in Sacramento, making it my home. I graduated from Elk Grove High School and received my Bachelor of Science Degree from Sacramento State in 1986. I love what I do because I’ve been able to help people in tough situations for the last twenty years. I am positive I can help you too. If it turns out you should not sell your house to me, I know many other ways to help, including honest realtors, mortgage people and other resources. There is never any pressure, I’m here to help.
Samantha Bartolo
If you call us or send a webform in, Sam is the gal on the other end! She runs our office and keeps us on track and organized. She is the glue that holds our team together! Growing up in a construction family she developed a love for flipping houses! She is a San Francisco State University Graduate and has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. The real purpose of her work is to understand the goals of owners and see to it that their transactions run smoothly from that first phone call to the closing table.
Shasta Escalante
Shasta is our Public Relations Guru and Marketing Specialist. Also the host co-host of the Heart 2 Biz podcast! For over 10 years, Shasta has worked in the media industry. She started off as a television host at 12-years-old and continued to grow into print and radio work. This Sacramento State University grad’s biggest “why” is to let people know that they aren’t alone and that struggles don’t define an individual. When she isn’t working, you can find her on a hike or eating spicy foods.
Erin Pennington
Erin is our creative and digital marketing guru! She runs all our website details, marketing channels and helps assist in the creative vision of our company and flips! Erin fell in love with design at a young age and went to Sacramento State University for her art and marketing degree. A devoted mother of 3, Erin lives and breaths creating and teaching! In her personal time she teaches paint and sip classes and donates 1/2 her earnings to help local schools and sports teams achieve their financial goals!
Brian Braunwart
Brian is our lead acquisitions manager! He is the one who meets with our sellers first and provides them with creative solutions when it comes to selling their home. This guy is a huge team player and is always putting others first! When Brian isn’t communicating with our sellers, he is out on the golf course! Nothing keeps him from swinging his clubs any chance he gets!
